Refund Policy

Prof. Sheetal Kunder Academy courses & programs are based on validity and the refunds vary from case to case (mentioned below).

Refunds can be initiated in the following scenarios:

a) If the student has already bought and enrolled again by mistake.

b) If the student mistakenly enrols in the course and informs us within 24 hours.

Returns will NOT be initiated in the following scenarios:

a) If the student claims to hold the validity in the middle of the course duration (due to any reason)

b) If the student fails to clear the exam within his/her given validity (he/she has to renew the validity by re-enrolling in the course
